Novas tecnologias digitais, financeirização e pandemia Covid-19: transformações na dinâmica global produtiva, no papel do Estado e impactos sobre o CEIS

Resumo


Este artigo analisa as transformações recentes na dinâmica global de produção e inovação e seus impactos sobre as políticas públicas industriais e de inovação desde o início do milênio. Argumenta-se que a principal característica que diferencia o atual estágio da globalização é o aprofundamento do processo de financeirização, com impactos significativos nas estratégias das empresas transnacionais e no alcance das ações dos Estados Nacionais. Discute-se de que maneira a pandemia Covid-19 está afetando a economia e a sociedade, e as medidas que os Estados Nacionais vêm adotando para enfrentar a atual crise. O papel das novas tecnologias digitais nas transformações globais, nas políticas industriais e de inovação e, em especial, no sistema produtivo e inovativo de saúde também é discutido. Diante das transformações estruturais da economia global destacadas no artigo e da pandemia Covid-19, os principais desafios e oportunidades para o CEIS no mundo e no Brasil são abordados.
