Desenvolvimento sustentável e mudança institucional: uma revisão de literatura dos efeitos da agenda internacional

A literatura sobre desenvolvimento sustentável tem dado pouca atenção para os processos de mudança institucional decorrentes da implementação da agenda de desenvolvimento internacional. O artigo tem como objetivo mapear e analisar a produção acadêmica sobre a mudança institucional decorrente do desenvolvimento sustentável, por meio das bases Web of Science (WoS), Proquest e Scielo, entre os anos de 2008 e 2021. O método utilizado foi Revisão Sistemática de Literatura (RSL) PRISMA-Scr (Prisma for Scoping Reviews). Foram analisados trinta e seis artigos e categorizados segundo ano de publicação, metodologia, orientação teórica primária e secundária e dimensão de sustentabilidade/ODS (Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável). A sistematização permitiu uma visão panorâmica das pesquisas anteriores (2008-2015) e posteriores (2015-2021) aos ODS e o impacto multidisciplinar do desenvolvimento sustentável nos estudos sobre instituições. Verificou-se uma predominância da agência civil nos processos de mudança das instituições para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável e ODS, embora ainda restrito a instituições majoritárias do Norte global na produção analisada.
